What is the need for your project in the community? How will your project improve local life?
The community recently purchased an 11 acre field to protect the field from development and provide the community with a recreational area. This field will be planted with trees, have a wild flower meadow, bird boxes and a green car park.

What support do you have from the local community for your project?
The project has the backing of Audlem Parish Council. It has formed a committee comprising of members of the community and parish councillors and meets on a regular formal basis.

Who will benefit from your project?
The total population of Audlem, Cheshire circa 1800 persons

Tell us more about your project and how it will benefit your community if you are successful.
Having created two ponds in conjunction with Cheshire Wildlife Trust - these two ponds, one with a circumference of 60 metres and the other 80 metres, need to protected by a suitable fence.

Please give a breakdown of the costs of your project.
Having obtained prices for suitable fencing and labour costs it appears that the costs will be as follows:-
Fencing sections/posts, approx 80 @ £16-50 each = 1320
Life rings (Health & Safety requirement) 2 @ £50 = £100
Labour costs erecting the above = £500

Total anticipated costs = £1920
